International and Canadian orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service using Priority Mail International. Shipping charges are based upon the weight and dimensions of the items ordered (see chart below for some of the more common rates). When we receive your order we will figure the cost of shipping and inform you of these charges via email. As soon as you reply to us approving these charges, we will ship your package. Typical delivery time is 6-10 business days depending on your location.

Because we do not have the ability to take an imprint of your card or to swipe it electronically, we have implemented fraud-prevention measures to protect the credit card accounts for all of our customers.

For orders over $200USD we will require the following:

• A photocopy or scan of the front and rear sides of the credit card
• The name of the issuing bank for your card
• Your billing address as shown on the statement you receive from the bank
• The 3 or 4 digit number imprinted on the face of your card above the embossed number
• Any additional numbers that appear on the back of your card (some cards might not have this)
  This information can either be faxed to us at 714-848-4566, or you may scan and email the info to us at CustomerService@firebooks.com. You will only have to do this once! The information will be noted in your file and you will not be asked for it again unless your credit card information changes.
